The Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Healthcare Leadership (HCL) is for students who wish to pursue a career in a leadership role. In addition to hospitals and long-term care facilities, graduates with a healthcare leadership degree are employed by insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies as well as governmental positions that focus on public health and policy issues.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the job growth rate for medical and health services managers is projected to grow 28% from 2022 to 2032.

- Clarifying major requirements
