The CBA co-creates value with and for businesses and communities in 5 primary ways
The CBA serves as a catalyst and provides access to knowledge related to the use of analytics, big data and digital transformation for students in the undergraduate and Master programs. Students can use the CBA as a resource center to locate next-generation savvy business analysts, project managers, analytics managers, chief analytics officers, digital talents, T-shaped analytical thinkers and adaptive innovators. Our students are educated to make effective and efficient business decisions that solve existing problems or cultivate new opportunities, improving the performance of organizations.
Through the CBA's professional education offerings, our faculty integrate a variety of teaching approaches that provide the skills necessary to enable organizations to meet and exceed business objectives and performance goals. The Center develops and delivers a number of short courses for working professionals, career changers, and new graduates from all sectors interested in business analytics, service transformation, and technology innovation.

The CBA is in the process of creating an industry advisory board that represents a range of industry sectors and brings in diverse business interests and problems to advance the science of data and innovation.
We are currently working on a number of business and community-oriented programs, such as advisory board, applied projects, guest speakers, industry mentors for projects, and student competitions. Please stay tuned to learn more!
The Virtual Analytics Innovation Lab provides a comprehensive technology ecosystem to students, staff and faculty to help them address the problems of today and tomorrow. It specializes in data analytics and innovation, and lets users access collections of software, processes, tools, and templates. These resources enable our community to analyze, design, and develop prototypes and proof of concept digital solutions in the fields of data analytics, data science, big data and cloud computing. Let us know if you would like us to assist you to co-develop programs to introduce your solutions to students and the academic world.
