This week we were informed of behaviors and threats made by a student that rose to a level of concern that the SafeCampus threat assessment team was activated, and actions were taken to ensure the safety of our campus community.

With the opening of Milgard Hall and recent campus moves, the ground floor of Tacoma Paper & Stationery (TPS) has become an underutilized space.

Dr. Reyes, who has been serving as interim dean since 2022, will start in his new role beginning April 1, 2023.

After the University Book Store in Tacoma closes on Jan. 13, students can have textbooks and course materials shipped via UPS Ground free through March 10.

Because of changes in the retail market and student needs, the University Book Store has made the difficult decision to close its Tacoma location on Pacific Avenue effective Jan. 13, 2023.
