Internal UWT groups:

Please ensure to include your setup details on your 25Live reservation whether that be an uploaded diagram or general details within your event description. If setup details are not provided/updated and we do not receive any correspondence 3 weeks out from event, your group will have to use the space as-is whether if it's using the same setup as a previous reservation or a setup we find best to suit your type of event. 

Any short notice or changes fewer than 5 business days in setup will incur a $100 fee. Changes also include, but are not limited to: audio/visual, rentals, labor/staffing, food and beverage/catering, setup/layout, or start/end time requests.
