Dear Graduating Student,
You are receiving this message because you have a Autumn 2024 graduation application on file and the Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) indicates you are short requirements for either your major or minor and/or that you have an admission deficiency. Please run a degree audit to find out which requirements haven't been met.
If you are short requirements & need to register for the Winter quarter or a future quarter, reach out to your advisor to provide an updated graduation date. You will not be able to register with a autumn application date.

- If you believe that you've completed a requirement that is listed as incomplete, contact your academic advisor to discuss the issue and respond to this message.
- If you are currently enrolled in a second level world language class at UW Tacoma, the deficiency will be removed once final grades have posted.
- If you'll be using transfer coursework to fulfill an outstanding requirement, please respond to this message. Transcripts will need to be received by Monday, December 30th, 2024. To avoid delay in posting your degree, it is strongly recommended to send your official transcript electronically to UW Tacoma if available through your transfer school. For additional information on submitting transcripts visit https://www.tacoma.uw.edu/admissions/submitting-transcripts.
In order to post your Autumn 2024 quarter degree, all requirements must be satisfied by Friday, January 3rd. If your degree requirements aren't met by the deadline indicated, contact your advisor to see if your graduation date has been changed to a future quarter or if you'll need to reapply for graduation.
