Your Voice Matters: Employee Engagement Survey Launching Feb. 24

I’m pleased to announce that we will be launching UW Tacoma’s first Employee Engagement Survey in partnership with Gallup. This survey will include questions on job satisfaction, commitment and overall morale, and offers each of you the opportunity to provide valuable feedback that will directly influence the future of our campus.

On Monday, February 24, all employees will receive an email from Gallup that includes an individualized link to complete the survey. Your feedback in this survey is essential to our progress and ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of our organization and community. As the third-party administrator for the survey, Gallup ensures that individual responses are kept confidential. This independence is crucial for maintaining the integrity and honesty of the feedback we receive.

Your honest responses will serve as a valuable resource to assess our strengths and identify areas for growth, enabling data-driven decisions for strategic action and targeted support. Additional information about the survey will be sent out from Human Resources in the next couple weeks.
