Any member of the campus community can request Services & Activities Fee (SAF) funding per the UW Tacoma SAF Committee (SAFC) Bylaws.

The SAFC reviews funding three times each year, in the Autumn and Spring for Special Allocations and annually during Autumn and Winter quarters for Annual Allocations. Dates for the 2024-2025 request processes are below. If additional time is needed, proposers can contact the SAFC at safcuwt@uw.edu.

  • The 2024-2025 Autumn Special Allocation Proposal Window is now closed.
  • The 2025-2026 Annual Allocation Proposal Window is now closed.
  • The 2024-2025 Spring Special Allocation Proposal Window is now open. Spring special allocation proposals will be accepted Friday, March 14, 2025 through Friday, April 18, 2025 at Noon.
