New Employment Reporting during STEM OPT

Beginning February 9, 2022, students should log into the ISSS Portal to make requests. Thank you!

Fill out this form to report new employment during STEM OPT. 

All employment you accept must be directly related to your field of studies and commensurate with your level of studies.

All employer must be part of the E-verify Program 

Students must upload completed and signed Form I-983 on this request. The file must be in jpg or pdf format and cannot exceed 2MB.
