Thank you for your interest in our Lean Six Sigma: Black Belt certificate program! This program requires an application, which begins on this page.
The materials you're required to submit with your application will depend on whether you received your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through the Professional Development Center (no documents) or elsewhere. Please choose the appropriate option in the form below and add all required documents.
On rare occassions, we accept students to the Black Belt without a Green Belt. Students must prove significant experience with both Lean and Six Sigma concepts, as well as experience leading/working on projects using the DMAIC methodology.
