A UPass fee is typically a required fee for all enrolled students at the University of Washington Tacoma. A Washington law exempts students from transportation fees if under the age of 19. At the time tuition and fees were charged for Autumn quarter 2024, you were at an age that you were not charged the UPass fee. Once you meet the age requirement in the future, you will be charged the required UPASS fee as a part of your quarterly tuition and fees.
