Enrollment Requests are currently being accepted for Summer (full-term, B-term, and A-term) and Autumn quarter. You must log in to this page using your UW username and password to access the Enrollment Request Form. You may submit a request up to 24 hours before your registration period begins.
If you are experiencing trouble logging in with your NetID to access this form, please go back to the UWT Homepage, scroll all of the way to the bottom of the page, click on "UWNetID login", log in with your UW NetID. Then, copy and paste the direct link to this form in the same window or same browser.
Requests are processed in the order they are received and may take up to 2 full business days to be processed. If additional documents or permissions are needed, the processing time may be extended.
Starting June 24th, Enrollment Requests will no longer be accepted for Summer A-term. For late A-term registration, please submit a completed Registration Transaction Form to iashelp@uw.edu.
