Thank you for your interest in a UW Tacoma Group Visit! We offer a couple of different experiences designed to match the needs and learning levels of our student visitors. Whether your group is exploring college for the first time or preparing for the next step, we strive to create an engaging and informative visit.

To best serve you, please keep the following in mind:

  • Group Size: Visits can accommodate between 10 and 45 students
  • Availability: Visits are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Advance Notice: A two-week notice is required to schedule your visit.
  • One Group per day: We are able to accommodate one group per day, and all requests are honored on a first come, first served basis.
  • Chaperones: Minimum of two (2) chaperones for a group of 20 or more attending.*
