At the University of Washington, we value and honor diverse experiences and perspectives; strive to create welcoming and respectful learning, working and living environments; and promote access, opportunity and belonging.
In spring 2025, all UW campuses and UW Medicine will undertake a University-wide campus climate survey to help us better understand how to make our University more welcoming and inclusive. This confidential survey will offer an opportunity for you — students, staff, faculty and other academic personnel — to share your personal experiences related to learning, working and living at the UW. Your feedback matters and will be used to create more welcoming and supportive environments for everyone.
DEADLINE EXTENDED – The survey will remain open until May 30, 2025. For more information, visit the UW Climate Survey website.
UW Tacoma representatives on the UW Climate Survey Working Group are:
- Tanya Velasquez, Interim Vice Chancellor for Equity & Inclusion
- Holly Wetzel, ASUWT President
- Abby Zorn, Director of Organizational Development & Human Resources
