Name is Listed in the Commencement Program |
|
The University of Washington Tacoma publishes a program to accompany the Commencement ceremony each spring. The program lists the names, degrees and honors recognition of graduates for the academic year. Students who do not wish to be listed in the Commencement program can submit a request to remove their name via the Commencement Listing & Name Form before May 12, 2025 Students who wishes to indicate special characters such as accents, capitalization & suffixes or indicate a change to your name’s appearance can also submit their request via Commencement Listing & Name Form before May 12, 2025. Unless indicated otherwise by submission of this form, we will use your name of record in your MyUW (as noted on your transcript). |

Purchase Your Cap & Gown |
|
Regardless if you are attending the ceremony or not, you will need to complete the registration process for commencement in order to purchase your regalia. You will receive an email confirmation and a link to where you can purchase your regalia. You will have an opportunity to purchase your apparel online for shipping directly to your home from April 1, 2025 through May 23, 2025. (Shipping rates will apply). You may also purchase in person at the University Bookstore beginning May 1st. |
