Name is Listed in the Commencement Program |
|
The University of Washington Tacoma publishes a program to accompany the Commencement ceremony each spring. The program lists the names, degrees and honors recognition of graduates for the academic year. Students who do not wish to be listed in the Commencement program can submit a request to remove their name via the Commencement Listing & Name Form before May 9, 2025 Students who wishes to indicate special characters such as accents, capitalization & suffixes or indicate a change to your name’s appearance can also submit their request via Commencement Listing & Name Form before May 9, 2025. Unless indicated otherwise by submission of this form, we will use your name of record in your MyUW (as noted on your transcript). |

Purchase Your Cap & Gown |
Pre Order for Cap and Gown is closed until April 2025!If you missed the deadline to pre order your cap and gown, you may still purchase it during the Grad Fair. Please know that sizes and stocks are limited so come in early to purchase your cap and gown. |

Our UW Tacoma Grad Fair will be held on: Date: TBD You may pick up your graduation regalia during our Grad Fair. Be prepared to pay with Visa, MasterCard, debit card, or valid checking account number. Enjoy the festivities happening around campus during our Grad Fair. Get you pictures taken by our official photographer, Pro Pics, and register ahead! Can't make it to the Grad Fair? You can designate someone else to pick up your apparel by filling out the form below. Check out your options for picking up your apparel. |
