Name is Listed in the Commencement Program |

The University of Washington Tacoma publishes a program to accompany the Commencement ceremony each spring. The program lists the names, degrees and honors recognition of graduates for the academic year. Students who do not wish to be listed in the Commencement program can submit a request to remove their name via the Commencement Listing & Name Form before May 9, 2025 Students who wishes to indicate special characters such as accents, capitalization & suffixes or indicate a change to your name’s appearance can also submit their request via Commencement Listing & Name Form before May 9, 2025. Unless indicated otherwise by submission of this form, we will use your name of record in your MyUW (as noted on your transcript). |

Purchase Your Cap & Gown |
Cap and Gown ordering is closed until April 1st 2025!You will have an opportunity to purchase your apparel online for shipping directly to your home from April 1st-May 23rd. (Shipping rates will apply) You may also purchase in person at the University Bookstore beginning May 1st. |
