Summer Housing at Court 17 is structured to allow residents to stay for a portion or all the summer. Residents choose which occupancy periods best match their needs based off the Academic Calendar.

Eligibility Requirements for Summer Housing
Student is a matriculated University of Washington Tacoma undergraduate or graduate student in good standing. Student must meet one of the following criteria:
- Registered for a minimum of six credits during the Summer Quarter
- Registered for a minimum of six credits in the subsequent Autumn Quarter
- Registered for a minimum of six credits in the preceding Spring Quarter
Summer Housing Rates
Summer housing rates are different than the academic year.
Summer Session Dates
Housing sessions A and B align with Summer Quarters A and B. Housing Session C aligns with the period between the end of Summer Quarter and the start of Autumn Quarter.

Note: Interim housing is provided to residents continuing on from Spring to Summer and from Summer to Autumn for the periods between the academic year and Summer quarter.
