This space is managed by the Institute for Innovation and Global Engagement. The space offers flexible seating, whiteboards, and computer/AV equipment. The round table configuration seats a max of 60. Please note:

  1. Use of the space is restricted to innovation and design thinking activities and events. In the Event Description section, please indicate clearly how this event supports/utilizes innovation, creative problem solving, and design thinking processes.
  2. Rental fees apply for external groups.
  3. Service fees (and materials fees if needed) apply for UWT internal groups.
  4. Permission to serve food and beverages must be obtained prior to the event.

  6. Once approved, you will be instructed to complete the process by booking in 25Live, if internal to UWT. GID Lab staff will complete the 25Live booking for external parties.
