RSO Re-Registration is available for all clubs who are currently active or have previously been active within one year. If you wish to reboot a club that has been inactive for more than one year, please write uwtclubs@uw.edu.
A new re-registration period opens each year in mid-May, and remains available for a year afterward. To initiate your group's re-registration, visit your RSO's DubNet page, and look for a message at the top of the screen with a link to re-registration. Click the link to navigate to the form. You'll be asked for your new officers, a current copy of your RSO's constitution, and the name of your current advisor.
Re-registering will allow your group to continue accessing RSO resources into the new school year; these include access to funding, space booking via 25Live, advertising privileges, and more. Officers will still be able to attend Club Camp before completing re-registration. Re-register as soon as you can to access your benefits!
NOTE FOR 2025-2026 RE-REGISTRATIONS: We will be ensuring all Tacoma RSOs are in compliance with the UW Trademark and Copyright office's rules for RSOs that use the UW name or imagery in their club name or logo. Please review those guidelines at the page linked in the bottom of this page. You will also be able to attend Club Camp even if you have not completed re-registration.
