Meet Savannah!

Minors:  Global Engagement and Spanish

Savannah joined Global Honors in Autumn 2019 and is majoring in U.S. History.

"I am hoping Global Honors will allow me to learn more about our changing world so that I can better connect it to my studies in history. I also hope that I can gain vital skills and knowledge about different cultures and experiences that will help me as an educator in the future to better serve my students and community."

Savannah is mother of two, a cancer-survivor, a first-generation high school graduate and college student, a school bus driver, and a great cook. She lived in Sicily for three years, as well as several different U.S. states. Her dream is to teach history to high school and/or college students.
