Kevin Dull

Kevin B. Dull, is the Founder of KBD Consulting, a People Strategy and HR Consulting Firm, and a Co-Founder of MgrWorkbench.ai, an HR AI Technology Firm. Kevin has 20+ years of Organizational Development and HR leadership experience culminating in leading the Human Resource function for a 22,000 employee, $3.5 billion revenue company.  For 12+ years Kevin worked as an adjunct professor of Innovation, Business Strategy, and Human Resources.  Kevin enjoys learning and has earned a Juris Doctorate, and Master’s of Business Administration from Willamette University, a Master’s of Management from and Leadership from Western Governor’s University and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, from Eastern Washington University.

Kevin serves as the VP for the Gig Harbor High School Booster Club, and University of Washington – Tacoma’s Community Advisory Board for the Institute for Innovation and Global Engagement and the Milgard Executive Council for the Milgard School of Business.  Kevin is married to Susan and has two children, Bryce a sophomore at Washington State University and Tyler a junior at Gig Harbor High School.
