The Student Activities Board (SAB) is a student-led organization responsible for planning, hosting and sponsoring a wide variety of cultural, entertainment, and social issue events during the academic year. Their goal is to make each event educational, fun and thought-provoking while encouraging communication and collaboration between students, staff, faculty and the local community.

Meet the Team
The Student Activities Board Leadership Team is comprised of seven Student Leaders that plan, produce, and coordinate social, educational, and diverse events on campus.

The SAB Chair serves as a peer mentor and leader for the Student Activities Board. The Chair oversee the daily functions of the SAB as a whole and serve on various campus committees.
Fun Fact: Alexis lived in France for 6 months studying international law!
Staple Events Coordinator

The SAB Staple Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning and implementation of SAB's major quarterly events such as: Lights Out, Winter Ball, and Hendrix's Birthday.
Identity & Culture Coordinator

The SAB Identity & Culture Coordinator is responsible for developing events and programs with a core focus on intersections of identities and cultures; as well as social justice issues locally and globally.
Husky Life Coordinator

The SAB Husky Life Coordinator is responsible for the planning and implementation of events and programs designed to promote Husky Pride and a general sense of connection/belonging on campus. They are also responsible with assisting Hendrix the Husky!
Music and Entertainment Coordinator

The SAB Music & Performance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing programming with a focus on bringing performing artists to campus

Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

The SAB Marketing & Outreach Coordinators oversee the development of marketing materials to promote SAB and their events. They also manage SAB's social media accounts to further help promotional efforts. These coordinators are also responsible for the recruitment and retention of SAB Pack, a group of volunteer students who help SAB with their events.
Fun Fact: Catherine's favorite sport is Arm Wrestling!
