2024 Autumn SAMURS will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM in UW Milgard Hall MLG. This event is open to all of UWT, the surrounding community, and friends and families of those presenting.
IMPORTANT:
Students presenting a poster at SAMURS (either individually or in a group) will need to submit the following: FORM 1 (Title, Mentor Name, and Student Picture), FORM 2 (Abstract), and FORM 3 (Poster) by the corresponding due dates (see below).
Students Presenting Individually: Please submit FORM 1, FORM 2, and FORM 3 by the below due dates.
Students presenting in a Group: Each student in the group needs to submit FORM 1 by the below due date. For FORM 2 and FORM 3, students who are presenting a poster(s) as a group, need to identify one group member to be the Designated Author. Only the Designated Author will be submitting FORM 2 and FORM 3 by the below due date on behalf of the group.
Due Dates (by end of day):
- FORM 1: Monday 11/18/2024
- FORM 2: Monday 12/2/2024
- FORM 3: Monday 12/9/2024
FORM 1: Upload Title, Faculty Mentor Name, & Your Picture
Please use the submit button below to upload your poster title, name of your faculty mentor, and picture of yourself. Titles, mentor name, and pictures are due by 11:59 p.m. Monday, November 18, 2024.
Once you upload this document, no other versions will be accepted without the permission of a staff. Please email samhelp@uw.edu.
FORM 2: Upload Abstract
Please use the submit button below to upload your approved FINAL abstract. If you are in a group, only the Designated Author should be uploading the abstract. Abstracts are due by 11:59 p.m. Monday, December 2, 2024.
Once you upload this document, no other versions will be accepted without the permission of a staff. Please email samhelp@uw.edu.
FORM 3: Upload Poster
Please use the submit button below to upload the FINAL version of your poster. If you are in a group, only the Designated Author should be uploading the poster. Posters are due by 11:59 p.m. Monday, December 9, 2024.
