The Center for Service and Leadership (CSL) provides service-learning and leadership opportunities for UW Tacoma students that sustain mutual partnerships, expand learning, advance civic engagement, and contribute to the greater Tacoma community. The CSL is here to help you find opportunities to serve and learn in the Tacoma community and surrounding areas.
CSL Mission and Vision
Mission
The Center for Service and Leadership coordinates and supports the civic and leadership efforts of UW Tacoma students, faculty, staff, and community partners to expand the boundaries of knowledge and discovery for positive community and student growth.
Vision
The Center for Service and Leadership will be recognized across campus and in the south sound region as UW Tacoma's hub for community-based learning initiatives, service, and the first stop for effective partnerships.
