Biomedical Sciences Application

Beginning Autumn 2024, the Biomedical Sciences major will no longer require an application. If you meet the major admission requirements below (or will have them met after the current quarter) and are ready to declare you can start the process by emailing a biomed advisor.

Minimum admission requirements:

• Must be admitted to UW Tacoma
• Completion of at least 45 college quarter credits
• Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
• English Composition (the equivalent of TCORE 101/English 101) with a grade of 2.0 or higher
• MATH 98- Intermediate Algebra or equivalent or higher-level math with a grade of 2.0 or higher
