UW Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) highly recommends that students do not use chemicals outside of business hours*. We also recommend that if you are in the lab outside of business hours*, you inform someone outside of the lab of your location. Please inform your researchers to fill out the THIS FORM if they will be working in the lab outside of business hours. If you have any questions regarding this, please reach out to your Division Chair or the SAM Divisional Manager.
*Outside Business hours are defined as any weekday between 5:00pm – 8:00am, all weekends, and all holidays.
