BLA Nominations

Since 2001, the Milgard School of Business has celebrated leaders in the South Sound for their positive impact with the Business Leadership Awards. We are seeking nominations for the 2025 Business leadership awards in the following categories:

• Business Leader of the Year
• Nonprofit Leader of the Year
• Sustainable Business Leader of the Year
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Community Leadership
• Women’s Leadership Award

Note that anyone leading a business in the South Sound is eligible; no UW affiliation is required. Recipients will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at a special dinner hosted on campus. Nominations must be submitted by midnight on Friday, March 7, 2025. You can review past recipients here.
