UW Tacoma students, faculty and staff may fill out the form below to request a motor pool vehicle through Facilities Services. If you have any questions regarding motor pool or the form, please contact Facilities at 253-692-5700 or uwtmp@uw.edu.

Motor pool is a secondary service to UCAR. Please be sure to check UCAR availability before submitting a motor pool request.
